My practice includes personal work, being commissioned and teaching.
Each aspect of my practise is significant and acts as an inspiration for the others. Whether personal or commissioned my visual work forges a link between abstract mark making and graphic communication with strong content underlying the aesthetics.
I am interested in making images that challenge myself and the viewer. I produce distinctive work that is appropriate to the brief whether commercial or fine art context. I am currently Illustration Subject Leader on the MA Communication Design course at St Martins School of Art and Design in London. My practise is about playing with intent.
